I made the trip from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake last week to visit Garden Making‘s offices for some meetings, and took a few photos of my pretty succulents. I shipped them off to the office once the temperature was dipping below 10°C on a regular basis, about a month and a half ago. They need to live in a sunny spot over the winter, and while I have lots of windows in my apartment in Toronto, there aren’t enough spaces close enough to the light to keep my tender succulents happy. They seem content in their temporary home, close to all the bright sunny windows that overlook vineyards (not a bad view!). They won’t need watering until they’re coming out of dormancy closer to spring, so I think those working in the office are quite happy with the no-maintenance beauty these succulents bring.
