February meeting: Cultivating Mushrooms

Our speaker this month is Michael Loyer who is the co-owner of Les 400 Pied de Champignon.
His interest and passion for growing mushrooms started at a young age. Imagine cultivating mushrooms in the heart of the city of Montreal in the Côtes-des-Neiges borough in a 400 square foot office space! Attend his zoom presentation on The Cultivation of Mushrooms, understanding the basics of indoor and outdoor mushroom cultivation. Sounds appetizing right?
