The Organic Master Gardener (OMG) Course is an organic gardening and land care course designed for everyone from beginner gardeners to experienced landscapers. If you own any land, or want to maintain healthy lawns and gardens without the use of pesticides, this course is for you. Covering topics such as soil health and fertility, composting methods, permaculture and so much more this course is sure to leave you wanting to get your hands dirty.
This comprehensive and inspiring course lays the foundation for making decisions on growing plants for ornamental or food purposes based on SOUL (Society for Organic Urban Land Care) organic standards, recognized by COG and prepares students to write the SOUL Organic Land Care Accreditation Exam.
This course qualifies for Continuing Education Credits for industry certifications (SOUL, ISA, BCSLA, CNLA, MGOI, NALP, IPM & NOFA) and at the college level (3 credits).
