“The Ethical Gardener” by Marilyn Cornwell will take us on a tour of the plants that bring the most bees and butterflies to the garden to sustain our environment. We will explore how we can contribute back to our garden in ways that bring more beauty to the garden. We will look at Doug Tallamy’s list of plants to grow and learn why it is important. When we are finished we’ll have a fun “to do list” that will be good for us and for the garden.
Marilyn is a photographer and gardener living in Grimsby, Ontario. Marilyn started her second career as a gardener and photographer in 2008. She recently exhibited some of her photography work at the Toronto Botanical Gardens. Her series “Marvelling the Mushroom” drew great interest.
So come out and enjoy an evening with us everyone is welcome.
