These gardens are great, but why didn’t you visit the Horticultural Centre of the Pacific when you were in Victoria? http://hcp.ca/events/arts-music/. This garden is a gem, maintained largely by volunteers and students of the Horticulture College of the Pacific. This garden is run by a not-for- profit society, whose purpose is to demonstrate what grows well in the region, where in the garden to grow certain plants and potential planting combinations. There is much more to see and enjoy there! I hope you will visit it the next time you are in town.
Hi Sandra,
Yes, I did make it to the Horticultural Centre of the Pacific in the short while I was in town, as well as Abkhazi — both are wonderful gems!
Looking forward to following you.
