Mark the date! Our first monthly meeting of 2025 will take place on Monday, February 24th at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Sarah Coulber, Program Coordinator/Education Specialist for the Canadian Wildlife Federation, will be speaking on Gardening for Wildlife: “Garden Power – Creating Beautiful AND Beneficial Spaces.”
Canada is home to remarkable wildlife that are both enjoyable to watch and critical to our well being. But these wild neighbours need our help. Join with Sarah as she explores the key ‘ingredients’ that support birds, bees and other wildlife, right outside your door! You will see that gardening with wildlife in mind is versatile, with options that can suit any lifestyle, budget or garden style.
Sarah Coulber is an accomplished researcher and communicator with over 30 years of experience in gardening organically, with native plants as well as edibles and herbs. She runs the Gardening for Wildlife program at the CWF where she helps Canadians discover, appreciate & support the incredible nature that surrounds us. You can find dozens of Sarah’s pithy, helpful, articles on gardening and nature at:
