February General Meeting – Creating Spaces that Resonate
February 7, 2023 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
FEBRUARY GENERAL MEETING: GUEST SPEAKER WOLFE BONHAM, “CREATING SPACES THAT RESONATE”
Have you ever noticed that some garden spaces just feel right, even if they aren’t the nicest-looking gardens? While others that are immaculate, well-designed, and downright spectacular just don’t feel right? This is perhaps because we all have childhood memories of archetypal spaces that raise either positive or negative feelings within us at a subconscious level.
Through pictorial examples in nature, architecture, and garden spaces, Wolfegang Bonham will help us understand why some garden spaces truly resonate with our souls, and how to make sure the new ones we create do the same.
Proprietor of Peace, Love and Landscaping (www.PeaceLoveLandscaping.com), Wolfegang Bonham has a passion for creating peaceful outdoor spaces with an artistic flair. An honours graduate of Mohawk College’s Landscape Design and Horticultural Studies programs, Wolfe is also a certified Feng Shui Consultant, certified in Dry Stone Walling, and a self-described, “garden addict.” A popular speaker at venues that include the Toronto Botanical Garden, Royal Botanical Gardens, and Canada Blooms, this is Wolfe’s third presentation to our society.
All general meetings begin with a welcome and general announcements, which precede the introduction of the guest speaker.
