SGHS AGM and Dessert Potluck

The Stittsville Goulbourn Horticultural Society will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 15th at the Stittsville United Church (6255 Fernbank Road) from 6:30-9:00 pm.

The evening begins with a social gathering and Dessert Potluck. Please bring your favourite individually portioned dessert (e.g., cookies, cupcakes, butter tarts, squares, muffins, etc.). Members are reminded to also bring their own plate and mug or cup. Coffee, tea, juice and water will be provided.

While the AGM meeting is open to the public, please note that only members are eligible to vote on SGHS business.

The evening continues with a message from our President, Judith Cox, followed by a brief business session, voting on previous reports, an awards presentation, and the election of the new executive.

After the business portion of the AGM there will be a delightful power point presentation on the progress of Lee Boltwood Park, the announcement of volunteer opportunities, as well as door prizes.

Although Covid-19 restrictions are no longer in place, we respectfully request that you wear a mask during the business portion of the meeting.
